We're on for this event for August 16th.
For vendor tables, and group offerings, members of LBRB get first dibs on table space.

We are excited to create an event on behalf of LBRB to share and shine your offerings.

Our event is called Eat Play Love
Rockaway Brewery
Sunday August 16th
1pm - 6pm
Arrive 11:30am to set up (and stick around to break down)
We want to share your offering around food/drink/herbs etc (hand held food is best), play (arts and crafts stations) love (coaching, wellness stations or offerings). And yes, if you make jewelry, bags, prints - share and sell these.

We want to encourage you to create a special offering at an affordable price (I am a coach and am offering $3 affirmations - ie sit with some one, learn their pain points and goals and then create their “mantra” and use glitter pens etc to give them their affirmation to carry with them). This will lead them to my full offering of coaching in a tangible and fun way which I can also be promoting.
But too - we don’t want you to undervalue or undersell - so strut your stuff!

Our event will segue to a silver and gold early disco dance event at 6pm - 8pm (and we are planning a variety show from 9pm - but more on that later).

The fees are as follows
Bring your own table: $35
Don’t have a table (we are renting or borrowing) - $50
Are you a non-profit? - bring your own table - and it’s free!

All the community is welcome to participate
But our LBRB members will have priority - so please RSVP as soon as possible.

Once you fill the Google sheet, you will be sent emails/alerts for what’s next including a payment link.

We are looking forward to getting press for the event and hope to be included in Rockaway summer calendars etc so the deadline is April 15. You may shift your offering after April 15 - but give us some enticing details now to share in the spreadsheet- so you might be featured in our press!
